BRANDYBROOK AVAILABLE FOR BIDDING!! For Immediate Release: The Kettle Moraine School District is actively seeking bid proposals for the sale of the Brandybrook Elementary School Property (S11W29980 Summit Ave Waukesha, WI). More information can be found at https://drive.google.com/file/d/1p_PfbJlBDTpC0bf5WnErohsvYO4WJzpQ/view. The district property includes the Brandybrook School Structure and adjacent 78.73 acres, for a total of just over 82 acres. The combined parcels have been placed on the market as the KM School Board realigns the district's footprint with current enrollment trends while looking to maximize fiscal efficiency for taxpayers and the community.
Sealed bids will be accepted on the property until 1pm on Thursday, October 31st and should be returned to Chief Financial Officer, John Stellmacher, at 563 AJ Allen Circle Wales, WI 53183.

PROSTART CULINARY CLASS VISITS 3RD STREET MARKET HALL!!! Mr. Omar Shaikh, owner of the food hall, provided students with a guided tour, allowing them to explore the various culinary offerings and learn about the different cuisines available. The trip's highlight was the opportunity to play the golf simulator, which added an exciting and interactive element to the visit. Additionally, students enjoyed having lunch at the market. It provided them with a chance to sample a diverse range of delicious food options and broaden their culinary horizons. The atmosphere was vibrant, and the students were able to immerse themselves in the bustling food hall environment. We even had the opportunity to experience the biggest mozzarella stick from Makk Daddys. Thank you to everyone who facilitated this visit!

Our Waukesha Fall 2024 session of Healing Hearts will be starting soon. The 12 week session starts on Monday, September 23 and runs until December 9, 2024. Children will find care, support, and healing through age-based peer support groups while parents/guardians participate in a peer support group specifically for them. TWO KM STUDENTS QUALIFY AS NATIONAL MERIT SEMI-FINALISTS!!! Bridget Duffy of KMHS and Madeline Bruss of KM Global are recognized with this academic distinction. The counseling team will assist these students with the next step in the competition, which is applying for the National Merit Scholarship Competition.
WALES/EXPLORE COLOR RUN – FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 20 AT 5:00PM!!! We encourage all students (not just Wales/Explore) to gather pledges from friends and family online or through the pledge form. The student with the highest amount of pledges wins a free bounce house rental from Bounce Life! Top fundraising class at Wales and Explore will get a pizza party. Bring pledge sheets and registrations to the Wales office with checks made out to Wales PTO or register online. Students should wear a white t-shirt and bring your colorful accessories. TRY VOLLEYBALL FOR FREE YOUTH CLINIC!!! We are offering a free camp for KM Youth with TryVolleyball. This Try VB for Free event, partnered with Kettle Moraine High School, is designed to provide kids grades 1st - 8th the opportunity to try volleyball in a FUN, safe environment with trained coaching staff. No experience necessary! There will be plenty of assistance on hand to be sure your child has the best first volleyball experience and answer any questions you might have. What you need: comfortable clothes and playing shoes (like what you'd wear to gym class), sater bottle, and a desire to have fun! The clinic will be Sunday, September 22nd 8:30am - 9:00am with clinic play time from 9:00am - 10:30am at Kettle Moraine High School. “FOREVER LOVE IT” SUPPORTS THE INCLUSION OF STUDENTS WITH DISABILITIES! Bobby Heckel believes every child deserves the chance to enjoy the joy and benefits of sports, regardless of their ability. His passionate belief stems from his grandmother Ila’s profound love and persistent support for him as she helped him learn to walk, talk, and develop to the point where he could play sports, something he had always dreamed of despite his cerebral palsy. Yesterday, a 50/50 raffle was held at a Dockhounds game, and the raffle winner was a KM family whose son played baseball at KMHS. They chose to support Adaptive PhyEd at KMHS with their $400 winnings! THANK YOU Bobby and our winning KM Family!
2024 KMHS FOOTBALL PACKER TICKET FUNDRAISER!
Through a generous donation from a KM football family, we have an amazing opportunity for a chance to WIN 4 tickets to the Dec. 23rd, 7:15 pm Monday Night Green Bay Packer vs the New Orleans Saints game at Lambeau Field.
The 4 tickets are in section 435 outdoor club seating. From outdoor club seats, you can go inside, sit at a bar, order food, and watch the game from inside. The picture is a view from the seats, also from these seats you can take an elevator up to the south scoreboard loft & bar area which is a great place to view the stadium and Green Bay and watch the flyover if there is one.

KM BUSING FOR OPEN ENROLLMENT STUDENTS!!! While open enrollment student transportation is the parent’s responsibility, students may utilize bus transportation (for a fee). OE students can be picked up at an existing bus stop, on an existing route, if there is room on the bus. The fee for the 2024-25 school year is $100.
