IMPORTANT MESSAGE FOR STUDENT DRIVERS – DRIVE SAFELY AND SLOWLY!!! Take particular care on highway 18 and the roundabouts at the intersection of 83 and 18. Remove ice and snow from all windows, mirrors, and lights. Do not drive too fast for the conditions. Use your headlights. Don’t use cruise control as you need to maintain control of acceleration and deceleration at all times. Remember 4-wheel drive doesn’t work on ice! Most importantly, give yourself extra time to drive to and from school safely, and go slowly, avoiding dramatic starts, stops or turns!
