Join us tonight for the HS^2 Senior Celebration!

HS^2 students completing the Arson Exploration and Analysis workshop set their houses on fire today!
Students used an accelerant and lighter to set their fires at a designated point of origin, and then watched it burn before the "fire department" could put out the fires!

HS^2 Senior Abby J. is on her way to her EMT certification with the coursework and first half of exams completed!

After the long weekend, we're back to another day of workshops with rockets launched, roller coasters made, and murals painted!

More workshop pictures!

Done with week one of spring workshops!

Chemistry students finished their rockets today and have started to launch them! Rockets are judged based on launch height and design!

Food Fun workshop students created their charcuterie boards today!

Kinetic Anatomy students took a trip to Carroll University. They spent time with the Athletic training department and Head Athletic trainer Steve Staab testing out the different modalities they use to help athletes, toured some facilities, and got some great hands on experience.

Campus Physics students took their work to Six Flags yesterday! Students travelled to Six Flags to look at the physics of rollercoasters. Students collected data as they were on and amongst the coasters, looking at concepts of forces, acceleration, momentum, and energy transfer.

Spring workshops! More rocket making and some yarn and sewing work!

Spring HS^2 workshops are underway! Students are busy finishing up courses with book studies, math topics, water rockets, physics projects, and more! Students also have the option of filling their day with fun workshops like outdoor games, food fun, diamond painting, courtyard cleanup, summer goal setting bullet journals, and more if they have coursework completed!

The HS^2 Parents Connect group hosted a spectacular lunch for the HS^2 staff today! Thanks parents!!!!
