Jacob always goes above and beyond with his inquiry research and field work. For example, he has interviewed Presidential nominee Howie Hawkins, rethought electoral systems and explained the physics of bowling. For his current research project, Jacob connected with an Afghan refugee and then planned and led an all school special guest presentation to share this connection with his peers. It’s always refreshing to see the passion he has for his research. Jacob has also been volunteering to help middle school students with math, he is consistently on track academically and is a positive role model for other students.
