KM Perform students Ethan Suhr and Alex Meeth produced a 16-minute film, Rocket Kin, which was chosen as an Official Selection for the All American High School Film Festival held in October 2016 in New York City. Rocket Kin is the story of a struggling family forced to build a rocket in order to save themselves from their dying world. Meeth and Suhr wrote the screenplay and Jeremy Reutebuch composed an original score. The cast included Meeth as well as Lukas Jaeger, Kimberly Laberge, Tamsin Olson, and Kim Crabb.
