    Kettle Moraine School District seeks a talented, collaborative, and innovative education leader who is passionate about providing student opportunities in a personalized manner, supporting staff in their professional growth, and partnering with parents and our community, while supporting a culture where everyone seeks to achieve at high levels. As ambassadors for KMSD, all employees commit to positively representing their schools by demonstrating professionalism, honesty and integrity.


    Roles and Responsibilities

    The district seeks an educational chief executive officer who understands and embraces a policy governance structure. They will regularly inform the Board of Education of the programs and measures used in academic achievement, citizenship and personal development. They will guide decisions in the best interest of the students through a distributed leadership model. The District’s Superintendent will be a highly-engaged advocate for educational transformation at the community, state and national level. They will demonstrate a commitment to personalized learning and competency-based models of instruction that allow all students to develop in accordance with the Kettle Moraine Graduate Profile. The superintendent is responsible for leading the district in a way that best meets the needs of all students, is fiscally responsible and is in accordance with policies, rules and regulations established by the Board of Education.
