    Technology Device Support Available
    For Distance-Learning Students 


    This process is for hardware issues; questions regarding classroom instruction should be directed to respective teachers.


    For issues with district-owned devices, please send an email using your student email account to supportathome@kmsd.edu with the following information:


    • Student name

    • KM# of the district device (found on the inventory tag on the bottom of the device, example: KM CPU XXXXX)

    • Description of the problem (for example, Chromebook won't start up, won't connect to WiFi, keyboard problems, etc.)

    • Phone number or email address for KM's tech support specialist to use for a follow-up contact


    We will do our best to quickly schedule appointments with families and remedy any issues that may arise. If needed, the tech support specialist will arrange for a loaner device and set a time for exchanging the devices.


    If you are unable to send an email from your student's KMSD.edu account, issues can also be called in to voicemail at 262-968-6338. Response time will be quicker using email as a support ticket will be automatically created by the email.
