Kinsa FLUency Program in KM Elementary Schools

  • September 2018

Kettle Moraine elementary schools have been selected to participate in a program called Kinsa Fluency. The program aims to reduce school absences due to illness.

Here is a brochure with more information about the program. Brochures will also be sent home with students. This program was piloted at Cushing last year - here is a link to a news story about it. Because of its success at Cushing, it is being offered to all KM elementary schools.

This program is completely voluntary. All elementary school staff and families are invited to participate and receive a free Kinsa thermometer. You must have a smartphone to participate, since the Kinsa thermometer works with a smartphone app.
To participate in the program and claim your free thermometer, visit kinsaforschools.com and sign up by October 19. Your school nurse will receive information that you signed up, and a smart thermometer will be sent home with your child after October 19.

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact your school nurse (contact information is listed below.) Again, this program is completely voluntary for families who wish to participate.

    Thank you,
