ACP Conferencing

  • ACP 8th Grade Conferences:  Students will engage in an individual conference with their School Counselor to reflect on their middle school career exploration and ACP process.  Additionally, students will gain support for their high school transition by building understanding of the high school opportunities that align to their career pathways.

ACP Freshman Conferences:  All campus 9th graders will begin the year by meeting in small groups with their assigned School Counselor.  This transition conference allows students to connect with peers and discover the supports of the Counseling Center.  This conference helps students to begin their Laser Journey learning essential keys to success at the High School level.

ACP Junior Conferences:  All campus 11th grade students will participate in an individual ACP Conference.  Parents/Guardians are invited to participate in this conference.  The student's ACP Portfolio will be reviewed as a component of post-secondary transition and planning.
