AEROBICISE! FOR WOMEN AND MEN
Need that extra push to get started on an exercise program? Make it easy by joining the longest running aerobics class in the Lake Country area. For over 30 years we’ve been getting this community into shape and making friends at the same time. We’ve perfected our routines so they work for anyone of any age or fitness level. Work at your own pace with easy to follow steps set to a wide variety of the music you love. You’ll get just the right cardiovascular workout followed by floor work that will both tone and stretch all of your muscles. Come a few minutes early and join in our arm weight circle where we strengthen the upper body while catching up with one another. Grab your athletic shoes and floor mat, and make a commitment towards a healthier you! Equipment needed: personal mat for floor work. Minimum enrollment 12.

Aikido is a traditional Japanese martial art derived from Jujitsu, spear training, and sword work. Its focus on peaceful conflict resolution and harmony make it an ideal martial art for people of all ages. Practitioners of Aikido should be ready for classes of rolling, defensive techniques, and sword/staff training. Instructor Michael Weber Sensei (4th Degree Black Belt) has been studying Aikido since 1989, including three years in Shingu, Japan where he studied under 10th Degree Black Belt Michio Hikitsuchi Sensei.

HEALTHY SWAPS WITH ESSENTIAL OILS

WILDTREE FREEZER MEAL WORKSHOPS
This workshop is designed to get healthy meals on the table in minutes. Join us for a Wildtree Workshop to assemble 10 meals (4-6 servings) for your freezer. Wildtree products are all-natural, certified organic; completely free of MSG, GMOs, high fructose corn syrup, food dyes, and all products are 100% peanut free. After you sign up you will receive a personal shopping list, prep list, and recipes. You will shop for your protein/veggies, and then come to the workshop to complete your meals with a Wildtree product bundle. Choose from 9 different menu options (provided at sign-up).
